Does KULA make only Bio-Leather Bags?
Yes, We do not endorse or make Animal leather or PU leather products. We specialise in making bags from Plant/Fruit based Leather products.
What payment modes are available to customers?
We have provided customers with the maximum number of online payment options. You can choose from Credit cards, Debit cards to Digital payments via UPI or QR code.
What are the working hours of the company?
We are at your assistance on email at "kulaindiacommunity@gmail.com" for any query. Our team works from 10am to 6pm from Mon-Sat. We remain shut on National Holidays.
Can KULA make a custom order for me?

What is the dispatch time for an order?
All our products in stock are dispatched within 24-48 hours.
What is the delivery time for an order?
Delivery time for orders within India is 2-4 days.

How can I check my order status?
When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with a Tracking ID for you to track your order status.
Can I cancel my order once placed?
Unfortunately, As per our policy, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please read our Refund Policy to know more.
How to return a Damaged/defective product?
We adhere to stringent QC process, right from procurement of material to dispatch. But in a rare scenario, if such situation arises, you can reach out to us at "kulaindiacommunity@gmail.com" within 2 days of delivery of the product. You would need to return all the tags, box, papers and Dust bags while returning the order.
How do I know if my product qualifies for a return ?
As per our policy we only provide return on rare/genuine cases for defective product during transport or wrong shipment. The bag should not be damaged or altered from it's original state. All the accessories/packaging should be made available while returning the product. Our team does a detailed inspection of the returned product and will inform you of the status within 3 working days. Please note : Any product beyond the return period time will not be eligible for return.
My money got deducted but the order placement was unsuccessful. What should I do ?
Do not panic, This can happen at times due to poor internet connection or server issues at the payment providers end. However, The money usually gets credited back into your account within 2-3 working days.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can write to us with the change in delivery address, our team will guide you if the order details can be processed. We request you to contact us at the earliest for getting in rectified without any hassel.

What material does KULA use for making their bags?
We use Plant/Fruit based Bio-leathers as our material for all range of our products. All our materials are sustainable and biodegradable. Current line of Products are being made with premium coconut leather.
What do you mean by Sustainable?
Being Sustainable to us is avoiding practises that leads to the depletion of our mother natures precious resources. Our aim is to give back to nature to make things even. We at KULA strive to keep our environment safe.
How is bio leather different from animal leather ?
Bio-leather is a sustainable and biodegradable material that doesn't involve or promote killing of livestock for fashion. Animal leather is cruel to begin with and their process, start to finish results in heavy damage to the environment. Bio-Leather is also free of chemicals, plastic, petroleum derivatives, artificial gums. Bio-Leather is durable, breathable and biodegradable, making it an ideal alternative to animal or PU leather.
How do I biodegrade my KULA bag?
All our products are 100 % biodegradable. You need to separate the metal trimming, chains, zipper and cut the bag material into smaller pieces for it to decompose quicker. We recommend a compost that is well hydrated, at the right temperature and which is alive. If done properly the bag will biodegrade within 90-120 days.
